Former Cerritos College All-State wide receiver Dominique, who spent the last two seasons at Purdue University, has signed a contract with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent. He signed with the Boilermakers and played 1 1/2 seasons, as his senior year was cut short by an injury.
Before he was hurt, Young had 20 receptions for 338 yards and a touchdown and completed his Purdue career with 50 passes for 614 yards and two TDs. He also had a four-yard rushing touchdown during his junior season.
