La Mirada HS: Missed most of his senior season with an injury… Posted 32 receptions for 510 yards and four touchdowns as a junior… Was coached by former Falcon player and assistant coach Lucas Mealy… Spent two seasons on the football and baseball teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he caught eight passes for 181 yards and three touchdowns against Downey High as a junior...
