Schurr HS: Played on four straight Almont League championship teams… Helped the team advance to the CIF Quarterfinals his senior season… Was an All-CIF Honorable Mention selection and 2nd Team all-league pick… Posted 14 goals, 17 assists and four steals his senior season… While on the swimming team, he competed in the 100-yard backstroke (1:15.79)… Was coached by former Cerritos women’s water polo assistant coach David Argumosa… Spent four years on the water polo and swimming teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when his team advanced to the CIF Quarterfinals… Would like to transfer to UCLA, Cal State Long Beach or UC Santa Barbara… Aspires to be either a marine biologist or a professional ocean lifeguard… Hobbies include freediving and bodysurfing… Nicknamed “Hernie”… Is the son of Romelia Olmos… Born in El Centro, CA on March 31, 2007…..
