California HS: While on the track and field team, she competed in the 1600 meters (5:37)… Helped the team win the league championship her sophomore year, while she was voted their Most Valuable Player as a freshman… Was a member of the cross country and track and field teams…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she finished in the top 20 at the Mt. San Antonio Invitational… Hobbies include making music… Has three siblings – Sarah (25), Jonathan (23) and Raquel (15)… Is the daughter of Jesus and Victoria Ruiz… Born in Whittier, CA on August 2, 2007…..
