The duo of Jenni Solano (La Mirada HS) and Herlinda Casanova (St. Joseph HS) and Josie Navarro (Sierra Vista HS) will continue their beach volleyball careers at La Sierra University, as all three have committed to the NAIA school in Riverside. Solano, who played for the Falcons beach team in 2023-24, will have two years of eligibility remaining, while Casanova and Navarro will have three more seasons to play for the Eagles. The three now bring the total of Falcons in program history to move on and play beach volleyball to four at the four-year level. The first was Jayda Harris-Amete, who is currently playing at Tarleton State University.

As a sophomore in 2024, Solano teamed with Emily Gutierrez and posted a combined 14-9 record and qualified for the Southern California Regional Pairs Playoffs. Seeded #29, the duo dropped their two matches on the day. Solano also spent two years playing for the Falcons indoor volleyball team as a libero/defensive specialist and played in 34 matches. She recorded a career 66 digs to go along with 16 service aces.

Playing for the Falcons this season, Casanova and a combined 7-2 record with Juliette Casillas, while she and Breanna Lizarraga won their lone match in the #5 position. A transfer on the indoor volleyball team from Rio Hondo College, Casanova played for Cerritos this past season and appeared in nine matches while recording 33 digs, five service aces and four assists. As for Navarro, she has teamed with Leeya Rubio this year and have registered a 5-3 overall record, including a win in their lone match in the top spot on the ladder.

The three will be joining a La Sierra team that will play their first season in 2025-26.
