Competing at the Southern California Combined Events Championship on March 31-April 1 at Cuesta College, the Cerritos College women's track & field team saw a strong showing from Taylor Kline.

Kline turned in an impressive performance in the heptathlon, totaling 3,779 points to place fifth overall against a competitive field. Her effort not only secured a top-five finish, but also earned her a qualifying mark for the upcoming 3C2A State Championships.

Throughout the two-day competition, Kline showcased consistency across the seven events, positioning herself among the top combined-event athletes in Southern California. Her performance highlights continued progress in the multi-events for the Falcons as the postseason approaches.

With the state meet on the horizon, Kline will look to build on this momentum as she represents Cerritos College on the next stage.
