A former 2nd Team All-South Coast Conference selection as a setter for the Falcons, Mirka Granoble Cali is in her second season as an assistant coach. From 2018-19, Granoble Cali was the team’s setter and then transferred to Providence Christian College, where she played for two more seasons.
In addition to her role with the Falcons, Granoble Cali is also the head coach at South Pasadena High.
Granoble Cali concluded her Cerritos career with 994 assists, which included 607 her sophomore season, along with 133 digs, 58 kills and 27 service aces.
A graduate of Downey High, Granoble Cali helped her team win the San Gabriel Valley League championship as a senior. While at Providence Christian, she helped her earn five extra wins from her junior to senior season.
Granoble Cali’s previous coaching experience includes time with Club Heights, Crown City Sports Academy, West Covina High junior varsity, as well as with the University Preparatory Valve High School boy’s varsity team, who she has guided them to three league titles.
Granoble Cali, 25, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Providence Christian College and is currently working on a Masters degree in Sports Management with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
